Based on your needs, we start an individualized search to find your perfect nanny. Each candidate is interviewed in person and submits to reference and background checks.
When a candidate is found, we will present you with the nanny’s profile and contact information to set up an interview. We will follow up with you after the interview for confidential feedback.

Founder & Owner, Kristy Pilant
Kristy has a special place in her heart for the nanny profession as she was a nanny herself for many years. She understands the unique bond between the nanny and family that makes a meaningful relationship successful.
Born and raised in Florida she moved to TN in 1997 and was placed as a nanny through an agency that she later bought and ran for several years. She then enjoyed a successful career in Human Resources where she continued helping people use their talents in their job. After marrying and starting her own family she was reminded of the need for the services she used to provide and Sweet Peas was born. Today she combines her experience as a nanny, mother, and corporate professional to be the best advocate for successful nanny family partnerships.
Managing Partner, Jennifer Borth
Kristy and Jennifer met in 2017 and have been partners ever since. After 20 years in hospitality and corporate travel, Jennifer was ready for something new, a passion- family life! She knew first hand the demands of finding childcare for working parents.
She remembered the year she posted her family’s nanny job on care.com only to receive 70 applications to sift through, interview, background check and trial! Jennifer learned a lot employing nannies and today loves using those lessons to connect great nannies to great families.
