During your interview, we review the Guidelines for a Successful Nanny Client Relationship. This is a cornerstone of a long lasting professional nanny position.

Reference Checks

Every applicant provides at least 3 professional references that are personally checked.

Finding you a Potential Family

Based on what you have told us about your ideal job, including salary, schedule, location, job description, etc., we work to match you with a potential family.

Family Interview

Once we’ve found that potential fit, you will interview directly with the family. We will be available the entire time to answer questions, prepare you and follow-up.
